A login is required before placing an order.
After the payment is processed, an order confirmation receipt will be sent to your registered email address, and a text message will be sent to your phone.
Items will be shipped in a single box or multiple boxes, depending on the order.
The dispatch and delivery time for each item may vary and will be delivered within 7 business days.
Since we source our products directly from local farmers, and the processing takes place at traditional mills rather than modern mills, some items may have broken grains. This is common, and the taste of rice may vary slightly from one order to another as it is procured from different farmers.
We do not encourage cancellations or returns due to taste or broken grains.
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
Cancellation within 1 hour: You will receive a full refund or a full cashback voucher.
Cancellation between 1 and 3 hours: You will receive a cashback voucher, minus a cancellation fee.
Cancellation after dispatch: If your order is processed or shipped, it will be subject to the product return policy.
If any product in an order is not shipped within 5 business days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
A cancellation confirmation email or message will be sent to you, and refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days. The amount will be credited to your account within 15 business days.
The Cancellation Fee is set at 7% of the product value that is cancelled. The fee will be applied only to the cancelled item, not the entire order. This fee covers payment gateway charges and administrative costs.

Returns will only be accepted if a wrong or damaged product is delivered.
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, you must report the issue to us within 24 hours from the delivery time.
For better processing of the return request, we recommend submitting a picture or a complete unboxing video. The video should show the unboxing process from start to finish, displaying each item clearly. An unboxing video is mandatory for fragile items.
Our support team will review the return request and guide you through the return process.
Products must be returned within 2 days of confirmation from our support team.
Courier charges for returns will be refunded, provided the receipt with the amount is uploaded.
A cashback voucher will be processed only after the returned products have been received and verified by our team.
